DomNH
Wasn't there a storm in Jan. '08 that gave BOS pts. NW like 2-4'' of overrunning snow while the Cape got a foot?
DeVries
It seems the Cape the last few winters (probably not 06-07) has been good for at least one really good event.
Tropopause_Fold
What do you have now...9"? Conservatively, I'd think you get another 2-4"...thats a good 11-13" for the event. Did you think you'd be getting a foot this time yesterday? no. lol. my feeling all along was plowable. i felt like 3 or 4 was a good # for the day today and 1 to 2 more tonight. Damage In Tolland
I can vouch for your area having more; I was at hy dad's in Woburn center and there was def. a bot more in Woburn and Burlington.....looked over an inch. CCPSUSuperstorm2010
radar says we've got a ways to go Most definitely, Matt Noyes thinks off and on snowfall tomorrow as well, throughout the day Thanks Ray, I am sure we will receive some heavy snows soon, when the Cape and Islands mix with and turn to rain. snowNH
I can't complain now, I prayed and my prayer was answered. I thank God for that. Anyways I think 15" is certaintly possible based upon the latest radar trends, precip just doesn't want to stop. I like this feeling. Kind of funny how Taunton is stil playing conservatively based upon my latest obs. Still heavy snows. If places are reporting 10 inches right now. 20 inches is a good bet IMO. You guys keep snowing through Wed according to the NAM with that retro....and if the bands are like this, why not?

CCPSUSuperstorm2010
no. lol. my feeling all along was plowable. i felt like 3 or 4 was a good # for the day today and 1 to 2 more tonight. Yes, I actually thought deep down the NAM from yesterday would be closer to reality, but then again I came up with more realistic thoughts of temperatures and bl problems and came up with a conservative 1-2, perhaps maybe 2-4" with 6" in some spots, and now that I have doubled that, amazing. Phil, have you seen the latest radar imagery? I mean a continuous ENE to NE feed of moisture continues.

CoastalWx
The main conveyor belt is setting up towards the Cape. The snow gets a little more disorganized after this band comes through for BOS perhaps.
