Clinch Leatherwood
So there we have it. The NAM was more right about the trough wednesday by holding back the 500mb energy. That has all sorts of effects down the road slowing things down which allows for better timing and a collosal bomb on the GFS/EC for christmas night/day after. Oh how the worm turns, we all give up and we get sucked back in. I'm even excited for 12/26 and I never get this way.

weathafella
This the christmas storm? I'd think it should be a hit. The heavy snow is just about to hit the beaches of nauset. Not sure it makes it much further than where it is now although WV shows our version of the pineapple express starting. Yes it's a hit. Runs over the BM wound up and stacks with closed H5 low rotating over us.

mattmfm
Random question? I'm working to redo my weather favorites on my laptop and am looking for a site. It has climate data for the previous twelve months, it's called like VatangePro/AdvantagePro something like that. Think it was an old Accuweather climate data site that I can no longer find the link for but it still updates.

Clinch Leatherwood
I don't see where tonights moisture comes from. I think it starts to dry out soon. I may be wrong need to take a break for a bit, but not sure where the EC is getting tonights precip. snow here is light to moderate, fine consistency to it, blowing and drifting. Radar not doing it justice. Everything is covered up by 106 in Easton FWIW
ackwaves
Sn- . Vis just went from 1/2mile to 3miles. Still only about 3" on the ground. It compacts as fast as it falls. I'm on my mobile. How's it looking on radar for out here. Just moved my boat off the hook to a slip. That was sketchy. I'm guessing gust over 35 mph. All boats cancelled.
