Nice band heading for middlesex county and northern Monmouth. What a beautiful winter day.

Was thinking the same thing - really picked up to moderate in the last 5 minutes with much bigger flakes - looks like this could last 30-60 minutes if the band holds together and that would likely add close to 1/2" more.

Starting to believe this is a rare winter where if there is a chance to snow it will. Even with a gradient pattern I believe this year we will be on the snow side.

Interesting isn't it? Also would like to point out that the radar has been very forgiving- typically we could have light snow on the radar but nothing outside(virga)- this winter has showed areas of nothing on the radar but people reporting moderate snow. What's the opposite of virga? Lol

hope so...some winters peter out in Feb, would like to see Feb live up to its rep as a snowy month.
