Mets and others please discuss the next 30-40 days, and if it will be constant cold and snow, or if there could be one cutter in this time period.  Do we even relax this pattern or is it wire to wire snow and cold through early March, with not one break or thaw happening at all ? What do the latest 4 weeks ahead show for all of the weather indexes ?  Appreciate some feedback on what you see from now through March 2014. Will we have a very cold spring with a very cool summer this year, like a top 5 cold spring & summer combo since records, and like -5 F to -8 F departures through each of the the next 6 months.  Won't the negative EPO keep going through June 2014 ? along w/ weak developing nino keep it very chilly for several months ?
