The Warm temps before the storm was a non factor but the lack of heavy snow was surprising. That's why the storm busted

there was a general expectation of 12:1 up to 15:1 ratios which upped the ante from 4-6" we would expect when the models are printing out .4-.6" generally, that's all

no 4-6" here...we underdid QPF, no doubt..I'd be surprised if I had more than 0.20" or so

dude, radar shows snow is still to come--Richmond, WVA, and CHO are all snowing--snow isn't stopping soon.

 

pixie dust...the good stuff in RIC is going NE....This was a MRB-FDK - Westminster event like the others..
