there is suppose to another frontogenesis band developing for the coastal areas in a few hours right? then we'll get our thundersnow and piles of snow ;)

There`s 7 to 9 already in MC   Don't see a prob with us getting 6 more .

And you will snow longer , so I think that applies to you as well

or if you live in AC , you`re not happy right now

The funny thing is I don't think there was one storm during the 90s except for one in Feb 96 I believe where the coast/shore areas jackpotted. This is definitely more reminiscent of the late 80s

Eh not really...I'm one town over and we got royally screwed in the March 09 storm and did ok Dec 09 but made up for it in the 12/26/10 storm. The 1/2-1/3 was 5-6" out here

Late Afternoon Snow with areas of blowing snow. The snow could be heavy at times. High near 26. Blustery, with a north wind around 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 6 to 10 inches possible.

  • Tonight Snow with areas of blowing snow before 2am, then snow likely between 2am and 3am, then areas of blowing snow and a chance of snow after 3am. The snow could be heavy at times. Low around 11. Wind chill values as low as -5. Blustery, with a north wind 18 to 23 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 3 to 7 inches possible.

Point and click buying the higher amounts, Im sure MT HOLLY  will update as they get reports of what`s fallen .

Do you believe the thundersnow possibility for LI still there?

Hard to Pin down where , its possible as this comes NE later .

The most impressive returns I am seeing are coming out of Dover De ,

So will like to see if there`s convection with that as it gets up here .
