RU848789
Been light to moderate snow here in Rahway, since I got into work around 8 am. About 3/4" on the ground here - definitely arrived sooner than expected. My wife reports about the same amount in Metuchen, where we live.

REDMK6GLI
Wow! In roughly 30 minutes should have a nice band hit southern nassua and suffolk. Snow should come down pretty heavy for a while with that band

Big Jims Videos
Just arrived at moms house near Belmar nj after a 3 hour drive from PA. Main roads wet, neighborhood roads snow covered. Moderate snow.
IsentropicLift
You can already see some subsidence up in Sussex County and points north as the band in central NJ intensifies. All models however agree that this band will eventually move northward today and expand significantly. This cut off line looks to be right near southern Sussex County and most of the modeling has this as an axis between heavy totals and moderate totals.
