bugalou
It is painful to be in South Jersey right now. We have barely got a coating. Really hoping the radar starts filling in soon!

Winter Wizard
I'm now up to 3.5" in North Wilmington: up 0.5" from 30 minutes ago. The 4.5" report from here seems overdone. Moderate snow currently falling at 20 degrees.
JoeSeNJ
Very light snow in Mays Landing. Grass and rooftops have a little snow cover. I guess we missed out on this one in SE NJ. Enjoy the snow.

MacChump
Welp, the drive from Wilmington to concord township was fun...about an hour and a half as opposed to 25 minutes normally...heavy snow for most of the drive, could barely see traffic lights at times... bugalou
Very light snow in Mays Landing. Grass and rooftops have a little snow cover. I guess we missed out on this one in SE NJ. Enjoy the snow. Once the coastal cranks up things will pick up here. That said, sitting under that band earlier is going to certainly up the accumulations for the folks who lucked out. We should still hit warning criteria though IMO.

Tiburon
Finally getting under the ccb - snowing heavily, temp 21 Not the CCB. This is just a deformation band created by frontogenesis. The coastal (and therefore CCB) haven't even fully formed yet.
Rok
Not the CCB. This is just a deformation band created by frontogenesis. The coastal (and therefore CCB) haven't even fully formed yet. that's what I am waiting on, from about Toms River south along the coast has missed out on any frontogenesis...hopefully still meet low end totals.. KamuSnow
You can see on radar the band shifting north a bit, and it almost looks to be more "diffuse". Snow still falling here at the same intensity, the only change recently has been the wind gusting up a bit more, with snow starting to blow off of branches etc. it had accumulated on. 20F and holding. Gonna go shovel a bit.
Ralph Wiggum
Just came back from a jebwalk and its brutal out there...the death band means business 2"/hr rates easily. Very cold wind right in your face. Mod-hvy snow right now.
