Think about what a true blizzard is for a second. 3 *HOURS* of visibility 1/4 or less with winds gusting to 35 mph or more. You can sometimes get one, but getting both, at the same time, for 3 hours straight, away from the coast, is *VERY* hard. I do not forsee it.
