I need to be more consistent. :D

Either way, miss to the north and/or south. Zero flakes for LAF...final call. Bonus...max temp tomorrow of 43º. Rapid snow melt. Lock it up.

Looks like the 00z Euro gets us into the .15-.20 range total.  Nice consensus on qpf other than the NAM but of course we have to be concerned about how warm we get during the day.

IND going with the colder guidance.  Doesn't really allay my concern that we go significantly above freezing but hopefully they're right.

...

FINALLY STRONG WARM AIR ADVECTION IS EXPECTED TODAY IN THE WAKE OF  THE WARM FRONT. 850MB TEMPS ARE EXPECTED TO RISE FROM -10C EARLY  THIS MORNING TOWARD -3C BY 18Z. NUMERICAL GUIDANCE LOOKS TO  OVERREACT TO THESE VALUES...ALLOWING TEMPS TO SOAR INTO THE UPPER  30S AND LOWER 40S. GIVEN THE VERY COLD START TO THE DAY THAT IS  EXPECTED ALONG WITH TRAPPED COLD AIR BENEATH THE INVERSION...NOT  TO MENTION THE INVADING CLOUDS AND CHANCES FOR SNOW...PUTTING IT   KINDLY...THE MAVMOS HIGHS ARE A BIT FAR FETCHED. WILL TREND TOWARD  THE COLDER METMOS WHICH SEEMS MORE REASONABLE.

this event started with pretty decent rates and looks to end the same...quick hitter with heavier rates playing out as forecasted by numerous and via most of the models

tonight looks fun more some blizzard like conditions for a few hours....this morning's snow ended up being quite fluffy....should blow around pretty good unless we end up with an glaze on top
