kevlon62
Just about wrapped up out here in Burnsville, MN at dinner tonight. This thing defintely overachieved a bit up here with a last wave moving through with some SN+ pockets. Also nice to have the aoa freezing temperatures tonight. Hoping this clip countinues that stronger trend downstream overnight! Our return schedule Sunday is flexible, but we're definitely thinking earlier than later with work Monday to account for. Point and click for Saturday night up here is 2-4". Then the winds roar and the bottom drops!
Chicago WX
0z NAM a step south versus it's 12z run for round 2. Looks decent for cycloneville, Chicago, and N IN. Looks like it slashed the totals for here in half, for tonight's snow. No surprise with the dry air issues.

I also see 2-4" on Saturday night, and then Sunday the real fun begins. P&C shows a low of -23F on Monday night.
Thundersnow12
0z NAM is great, little slower and tad wetter. 5-6" for a decent part of northern IL counting tonight. 3" in 3hr for northeast IL Sunday morning

Chicago WX
I trust it as far as I can throw it...but the 0z NAM has the squally look for parts of IL, IN, and OH with the arctic front. EDIT: uptick in the snow here now. So, that's good.

Looks like it's the best run yet with it with a few .5" liquid lolli's when all said and done from Cycloneville to just north of you guys

The frontal bands have been fun lately. Have to think these upcoming will be just as fun. Wind whipping the snow around here right now. Going to be a rough night in the sticks. wisconsinwx
Man, we just can't win around here this month. The NAM has the low tracking just south of MKE and of course the axis of greatest snow is actually south/east of the low track this time.

cyclone77
So far kind of a bust here. Had about an hour's worth of very light snow with little or no accumulation so far. Pretty lame system with blotches of enhancement here and there, but mostly very light snow with visibilities of 2+ miles.
TugHillMatt
Gotta love GVSU web cam... Blizzard out there for sure! http://148.61.49.119/view/index.shtml Yep! GVSU is about 25 minutes east of me. It is pouring down snow here thanks to Lake Enhancement. This is our second significant lake enhanced event for the week. Snow depth at my house is now about 2 feet. Can I make it to 3 feet by the end of the weekend?

TugHillMatt
This is what it looks like by my house. This is right on Spring Lake, so the wind blows the snow everywhere too. http://www.springlakeyachtclub.com/OurClub/WebCam.aspx

Just a bunch of flurries in Detroit, nothing special. Lame. I got lots of fam in Grand Rapids, and yes they tell me it's pretty bad. I wouldn't be surprised if you do get up to 3 feet. Even with weak systems you guys get that nice Lake Enhancement going, enjoy.

Indiana gets lake effect from a North wind. The clippers this week have been AWESOME. Grand Rapids has a lot less than us, but they are getting hit well tonight too. Gilbertfly
P & C has me down for 2 to 4 tonight and 2 to 6 sunday.... I have no idea how much snow has fallen...It's been mostly -SN with a couple bursts of SN...winds still quite gusty at times.....The driveway still looks the same due to the winds...half clear and half whitened... Hoosier
There's a chance we wind up with more snow from Sunday than what we get tonight. I'd say that's likely if we only get a couple inches tonight. BTW gonna be hard to measure this stuff as others have said.
cyclone77
Back edge of the snow is almost here and we've had maybe a tenth. Models did a piss-poor job with this system, hope they do better with the next. Gonna ride my 3/4-1 1/4" with the second wave.
