Trying not to get excited over this event, but trends are nice. DCA streak would seem to be broken with this QPF + 32 below temps if this holds.

I've been thinking this was possible for days but soooo jaded. Wes, my modest event parameters have and outside chance of being low for someone nearby. I'll be thrilled with 2" of cold snow. But I want more of course.

Actually I worked on my rods and reels today.    Looks like a solid light to moderate event unless the Euro somehow is right.  Luckily, I don't have to make a solid forecast until tomorrow so I can be as big a weenie as anyone else here.   This is one of those events I should do better or at least as well as snowwxluvr, Ji and Leesburg.

I honestly don't know. At some point my brain decided the EURO is the best model, and I tend to have a personal EURO bias. It might just be more that:

 

A: The EURO is the last to fold

A nice 2-5" snow region wide would be pretty cool. I've never worried about being the jackpot...I just like to be invited to the party...lets make this one happen!!
