So, basically we went from nada to something potentially tomorrow?

 

Two questions before la la land for me.

 

1) How long a duration event can this be, 6-8 hours, 12-18 hours, what?

 

2) Will snow on ground help us with our +4 low and +9 high as far as future cold is concerned?

Snow was the missing component for the last arctic outbreak. This storm should lead to Central Park having a legitimate shot at breaking 0.
