snowinnc
Still some nice flurry action going on in North Raleigh. Really beautiful with everything covered!
Isopycnic
Everything seems to have stopped in my part of Durham, though it looks like we got a nice 1/4 to 1/2 inch. That's consistent to what i have in Hillsborough proper.
CentralNC
I am in lewisville and the supposed band that went through WS gave us only a few light flurries
downeastnc
Snowing harder now than it has all night flakes are not as big as earlier but the rate is much better and the snow is really dry now so hopefully rates have improved might get 2" total at this rate by the time its all said and done. kvegas-wx
I am in lewisville and the supposed band that went through WS gave us only a few light flurries Thats a headscratcher. It looked potent on radar. I think it will still manage to slide east but it may be waning.
jtgus
The snow over Rockingham county. It seems to be drying up as it heads toward Greensboro

NC_WX10
The snow over Rockingham county. It seems to be drying up as it heads toward Greensboro Well I can tell that its pretty steady moderate snow here in Reidsville.
FLweather
I know the hrrr showed a rouge band. But has any one notice something about it? There appears to be two bands trying to merge into one if you look at blacksburg and raleigh radars.
AJF0602
Token flakes here in Jacksonville, coming down pretty hard.
superjames1992
It's actually legitimately snowing here again. It's light, but it's not flurries, either. The driveway is like a glacier with ice from the first wave and new snow on top of it. The roads still look okay for now.
norcarolinian
snowing pretty good here ... steps are white now and Hwy 150 has some patchy snow sticking on it down the center line
kvegas-wx
Snowing at a two inch per night rate. In other words, one of those go to bed with nothing and wake up with two inches and no school kind of storm. You know, like we used to have in the "old" days. Unfortunately i only have about an hour left but man has this been a nice surprise.

NCsandhills
Is it over already!?!? In Fay we had 10 mins of light snow, now I see nothing on the radar. Please tell me it's not over. TWC hourly says 0% chance of precip rest of the night. Wow. What a disappointment. It all fell as rain.
sctvman
The chances of snow down into Lumberton and the Border Belt didn't even develop. And ECU people are whining about not having a delay yet.
superjames1992
This snow is great to be outside in. Very beautiful as it comes down. I took a few pictures that I may upload later, but I don't know how well they'll turn out in the dark.

downeastnc
Watching the radar fill in and maybe stabilize a bit with this new band forming or at the least no longer diminishing just east of I95, flakes gotten big again wind ripping the powder all over the places prolly 1-1.5" down and maybe 1-2 more doable if this band holds up..... Very nice storm for you guys, radar building just your west, probably will do 3". You guys are on quite the hot streak, been jack potting almost every event the past 4 years. Maybe not jackpotting that is just about 20 miles NW of me they always get a few more inches than here lately. I suspect we see a few 4 maybe even 5-6" totals just east of Rocky Mount they have had real good returns over them for hours now.

superjames1992
I just got in from a Jebwalk. Rates are on the decline again (temporarily?), but the pixie dust snow coming down softly at night was a thing of beauty!
POWERSTROKE
Just came in from salting or let's say getting paid to check on areas. Drove from King to Dobson back to Winston and everything is bone dry even on back roads. There will be no major black ice. I'm sure a spot or two.
