Man...NWS RAH 4:30pm forecast doesn't look too great but most realistic probably considering rain to snow light QPF event. High bust potential locally, I reckon.

Thats a depressing graphic and they must not be talking to other offices cause MHX just upped us to 1-2" and almost all models agree with that...on this graphic you got to be 50-60 miles into VA to see 1-2" ....

37.5/35.1 wind calm gusting to 6 out of NE with barometer at 29.66 slowly rising from low of 29.57 at 3pm. Temp had a quick 8 degree drop from 3:30-4:00 but has slowed as it approached 100% rh. Just came in from w-s And rain drops getting bigger on windshield as precursor to snow, but none seen yet. Rain best described as slow steady light rain like before switchover, but we'll see. 4 miles north of Kernersville, NC (Pine Knolls to locals)

For what it's worth the RAP has just come in wetter for the Triangle. It had shifted much dryer the last few runs. Looks like around .2 at hour 6 with precip still falling.

Not bad...  Just need the changeover to happen already.
