I can't wait for this stretch to be over with....bone chilling cold and nuisance snows are useless.

I enjoyed the torch more.

Fast foward to Feb.

fantastic stretch, let's keep it going, what is your nuisance is my gain. Another Miller B in the pipeline, more deep cold, winter as it should be.

Yes I'm sure a few elderly people feel the same.

You're alone .

Says the three stooges who have all just finished digging out from plowable snows....

Shocking.

I was being serious.

Cold weather, snow on the ground, frozen lakes and oceans. No complaints...

Maybe it would be different is I were 10 years younger, but painful cold and a couple of inches of snow doesn't do much for me.

One more several inch event and I'll be satisifed with the month.

There's plenty of people, including probably a majority of the general public who agree with you.

I can't believe I have to convince Ray and try to bring rain to my hood...lol. Seems bassakwards.

Eh you don't even have to do that...just get a storm where its not blizzarding on ACK. You and Ray can both see big snows at the same time obviously.

I suspect we'll start seeing some more SWFE types in February...maybe a Miller B.

Sure it sucks it didn't snow a ton two days ago, but at least its wintry!! I get depressed when its 50F and disgusting in winter.

I'd rather it be 50 if it isn't going to snow substantially.  To your "what an outstanding winter", imo it has been a C/C+-grade winter overall, for NE.  For a small part of the SNE region it's been very good, but that is meaningless to the big picture.

I just need the weather to be a distraction for me right now and it isn't cutting it.

I'm looking forward to baseball....immensely.

In the mean time, this winter has plenty left to it.

I'd give it a C+...was a B- until that last fiasco.

Agree on 50, though.

The clipper on Monday looks like it might have a bit more low level moisture with it than this Saturday. So even if it tracks NW of us, we could see a nice burst of WAA snows.

At least as modeled right now. Obviously small systems like that can change quickly at this time range.
