clueless
Should I cook this tuna steak? Kinda hungry, but don't want to eat this late. Nah. Have a bowl of cereal.
jnis
Not that many of you care.... But after I finish my sleepy time tea I am done for this evening. After reading the last several pages of the disc thread I think I'd rather stick my d*ck in a fan. This should be a lock for a decent event for most everyone.... and if not... we suck more than I thought. Good night...don't have any nightmares involving fans lol. But I thanked him anyway and gave him a bud light I'll be hitting the cold smoke pipe hard on the hill tomorrow. Life is good

Scarlet Pimpernel
Any bets on what OPM calls for Feds tomorrow? I'm guessing unscheduled leave with optional telework or outright closure. Can't imagine they'll have early release and have everyone hit the roads right in the middle of this.

nw baltimore wx
blizzard watches up for the cape. We suck at getting this right. The Cape is going to get blasted, but in general, blizzard warnings sound romantic, but they're overrated. The snow criteria is lame.
AdamHLG
Out of curiosity while waiting for the show.... How many folks here used to be on #neweather on IRC (that's Internet relay chat for those who don't know) back when the Blizzard of 96 hit? Just curious if it's most of the folks or a select few. Those were the days chatting on that IRC client waiting for the flakes to start falling that fateful January night. AdamHLG
I miss those days. I remember that night like it was yesterday. Everyone chatting and waiting for the first flakes to fall. And someone posted "3.1 inches QPF... I see it but I can't believe it". The anticipation was off the charts. Yes, it was a great way to go through a storm, especially in those prehistoric online days. And here, this'll take you back to that storm, too. (The old Weather Channel scroll!)
