If the QPF that all the models are very close to agreeing upon is correct we would have to get a 10:1 ratio to cut those numbers in half.

 

Since it is unlikely that we only get a 10:1 ratio, the QPF would have to considerably less amongst all of the models.

 

In other words... all of the models would have to be wrong.
