Chicago WX
The Saturday clipper will test BowMe's theory that MKE doesn't do clippers well. No backing down on my graze job for LAF with that one. Hopefully, we can get something out of it...but best will be north/northeast. As for today's clipper...some nice snow at times here in IKK this morning. IND and LAF look to be doing well.
Thundersnow12
Hopefully the 6z NAM will be as far north as this one gets in model land. 6z RGEM looked good. 9z SREF plumes mean at 4" for both DKB/ORD. On the rise from yesterday with some between 6-10"

Chicago WX
12z GFS looks a smidge west and south initially with the Saturday clipper, but then looks pretty similar thereafter to the 0z run. MSN-MKE-ORD-FWA-CMH line look good.
Chicago WX
Nice banding about to move into Indiana from central IL. Should be some pockets of fairly heavy snow for some. IND rocking it still. Thundersnow12
Both 12z NAM/GFS agree on just shy of .30" liquid on Saturday at DPA/ORD, 3-5" remains a good call with some isolated higher amounts.

Meh, thought you'd do a little better than that. Regardless, a friend sent me a photo from earlier and it looked nice and wintry. That's what counts. 1.6" at IND through 12:00pm.
