If this slow moving stripe over performs it will be yet another event w/ s/sw flow that delivers more than prog'd. The high res nam doesn't have anything more than .08 for dc/nova on north. Except further east. RGEM has a stripe of .1-.15 (very narrow) along 95 in va and then up through western dc and moco and a bit further north into howard/carroll.
