Shades still wide open here. Looks real nice out there. Got about 2" today. Spent the day on the lake ice fishing/snowmobiling, mid winter out there. Shades close when I go to bed tonight.

I'm still peaking out, but the snow we had today is melting. It's sort of giving me that elephant boy feeling...."look away Scooter, I'm hideous..."

Kevin we have a new lady employee who we moved into her office today, she lives on Mt Tolland, LOL at the discussion we had about the different climo. I told her its called Mt Tolland, she said yea that describes it. I am going to teach her how to measure snow and told her to take lots of pics, J/K

Its a very real microclimate. Will and Scooter experienced it firsthand when we went to Ryans Station a few yrs back. 3 inches of snow here and trees caked in snow and 28, and as soon as we hit Vernon on 84 nada. Find out what street she lives on or what area of town

I even have a mini micro climate at 120'. Many times with NE winds the atmosphere is close to dry adiabatic. The one degree it offers me means everything.
