wxdude64
NAM is now painting upwards of 0.25 region wide by 18z tomorrow. That's a good deal wetter than anything we've seen modeled for this in a good while. Yeah, but close to .2 is after temps are above freezing from Harrisonburg/Richmond north. Unless wedge holds stronger than modeled. It still will cuase a mess until 10ish or so.

usedtobe
I don't think the event is worth me writing and article but will be supplying a quote to CWG. The timing of the precip is definitely and issue as any snow or freezing rain during rush hour can cause problems. I still think .25 is really pushing it for QPF given how weak the 500h system is but...who knows.

I get my warmth from the Atlantic, takes longer to get out to you guys.

WinterWxLuvr
Somebody made a killing in the beet juice market Is that what they use? I'm ok with that. The chemicals that they dump from the trucks......not so much. Wish they would stop.

WinterWxLuvr
Also, notice how much wetter this has trended in the last 36 hours. That's been a pretty consistent theme this year. Good to see it continue.

hosj III
I'm at 29.5 already, seems like a good sign. The radar out in Kentucky looks promising for a some light drizzle before the main show...of a few hundredths of an inch.... Wow. I need to rethink my life.
