Ottawa Blizzard
I'd say almost an inch of snow fell overnight into this morning in downtown Toronto. Latest HRRR guidance is very bullish on snowfall for the GTA later today into this evening. acsnw_t7sfc_f15.png HRRR insistent on the heavy, wet snow threat before we change over. hrrr_ref_toronto_12.png Good to hear. A little over 2" here. Bit of a sucker hole over top ATTM. Torching though...as my cheap warm biased thermometer is rising fast, up to 34.5º right now. Yes, I have three thermometers, two wireless and one wired, in my house and one of the wireless ones is always biased warm.
Chicago WX
Looks like you gave it some of your booze I'm not sharing any with that broke a** thing. It probably has a two degree bias to the warm side...so somewhere around 32.5º is probably legit. Still, didn't expect it to rise...not that it means much, but it probably won't help accumulations in the short term.
