nw baltimore wx
What a beautiful day! I went across the street for some xc skiing this morning and although it wasn't jonjon land, it was one of the best winter days that I have ever had. Saw some great sights, especially considering that I was just across the street from home. This is the Suburban Country Club. Stumbled across this scene. Someone may know better than me, but from what I could surmise is that this was a bunny killed by a fox. More scenery Then I saw this guy watching me. I tried to get closer, but to no avail. Back to skiing. And I don't know what it is about an outdoor adventure, but nature always seem to call at the worst times. Thankfully the country club had it covered. Back out skiing, and finally stumbled across this crime scene. This had to be an aerial attack on a fox as there are no prints other than the fox walking and then the big hole where I'm guessing a hawk totally jacked him up. I had to get in pretty close to see what the carcass was, but I'm quite certain it was a fox. If I can stay awake long enough, I'm going to try to go back over later tonight and see if I witness some carnage. If not, I might just drive down Park Heights and see what's up there.
