HighStakes
Where are you that no one has heard of bagels and lox? Siberia? It still a little different around these parts but it's definitely changing although you don't have to look to hard to find some confederate flags flying. Scarlet Pimpernel
I know this is old now and a bit "off topic"...my apologies...but from a photographic standpoint this picture is one of my favorites that I took in 2009-10. Taken the morning of Feb. 10, 2010 during the blizzard, looking down my street. To me it epitomizes that storm and the entire winter more than any of the very many I took that season. The corner of the street is maybe a couple hundred yards down, and you couldn't even see close to that far. Taken with an old (by today's standards!) 4.1MP point-and-shoot zoom camera. Kay
Where are you that no one has heard of bagels and lox? Siberia? We object to this inference. Our lox RULE. - Siberian Smoked Fish Council this picture is one of my favorites that I took in 2009-10. That's what I'm talking about. Beautiful! vastateofmind
A few pics of the holiday lights around our home and spotlighted myrtles in our backyard that I snagged with our DSLR during last Thursday evening's (1/2) slight overperformer... Bodhi Cove
No need for a paddle up this creek. My memory is shot, but I believe the last time the creek iced up was the winter of 2008-2009. Polar Vortex for the win.

She always takes hers off. its part of the snowsuit -- i found it on amazon back in the fall, really happy i bought it. it has snaps so the mittens can come off, but she seems to like them! Snow covered Squirrel Lady Cardinal Daddy Cardinal Finally my attempts at Macro snow flake photography, it was very hard without a tripod (being used for time lapse), but I think they will do for a first time.
