DCA only has 4 members below 2", with a cluster/mean between 3" and 4". the models are moving targets...this thing has trended better each run and looks like it might til the very end. still concerned about temps a bit in/near the city, but we'll see. so far nothing really coming down in downtown bethesda, but i'm surrounded by better radar returns so should be very soon here.
