PDIII
The 95 corridor did not get warned. Harford, Northern Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, and Loudon did, but Carroll, Frederick and Loudon got dropped at the 11PM update and, interestingly, did not even go to an advisory. Southern Baltimore, Howard, Montgomery, Prince Georges, and AA were all advised, and I think DC eventually got one too. Thats a bust as far as I am concerned, especially when counties south of Baltimore got Advisory to maybe even warning criteria snow totals and they had no advisory going in. They do a great job... but I have to be critical. I know a lot of people who were out on the roads last night who may not have been if they did a better job. But we all basically busted. No-one thought this would over-perform.
nj2va
What a storm! I missed the overnight fun (I should have stayed up). I measured 3, 3.1, and 3 in three spots so I'm going with 3.1.
PDIII
Except for Jb2.. he nailed it. I am not so sure how much skill went in t that. But nailed it nonetheless.
MN Transplant
3.4". Some drifting. Feels like home with cold air actually following a snowfall 0.37" liquid, so 9:1 total ratio, but likely was more 7 or 8:1 and then 12+ with the fluff later on.
