snow.
This is when the mapgirl and sparky crew will clean up. That light/mod stuff dropping down over northern MD will give them another quick few inches. By 7:00 AM they'll be reporting 8 inches or more. Pretty soon Mapgirl will realize that Parkton is a money spot for snow (it is), and stop being aw shucks about every event..."wow...I only expected a dusting...I can't believe I have 9.5"!"........ I-83 BLIZZARD
There is compaction and it is really hard to accurately measure at this point especially with winds picking up, but we easily are at 8 and still some light to sometimes moderate snow falling. We just had our first real region wide event in over 1,000 days. Not jeally about anyone tonight. DCA better score another .1 though. Looks like another 1-2 hours of bands if they haven't hit it yet. This has been a great overperforming storm for all.

MDstorm
Still getting tickled by the fingers of snow drifting down from the north. Light snow and 22.8 deg.
