thedrought Posted January 3, 2014 Share Posted January 3, 2014 I don't post much, but I am checking in from Shady Side, MD. We were downgraded along with Annapolis to "up to an inch". It is no longer snowing but we are at just a little under 5 inches of very wet and heavy snow. We are actually south of Annapolis and on a peninsula. The bay is maybe a couple of hundred yards away and our elevation is 3 feet. I would say we over performed quite a bit. That light/mod stuff dropping down over northern MD will give them another quick few inches. By 7:00 AM they'll be reporting 8 inches or more.
