THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BALTIMORE MD/WASHINGTON HAS
ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW... WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 6 AM EST FRIDAY.


* PRECIPITATION TYPE...SNOW

* ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BE HEAVIEST THIS EVENING BEFORE TAPERING OFF
  EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.

* WIND CHILL...ZERO TO MINUS FIVE DEGREES.

* TEMPERATURES...LOWER 30S LATE THIS AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES
  DROPPING INTO THE MIDDLE 20S THIS EVENING...RAPIDLY FALLING INTO
  THE TEENS OVERNIGHT.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 5 TO 10 MPH THROUGH THIS EVENING...BECOMING
  NORTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS AROUND 50 MPH LATE TONIGHT
  THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED FROM SNOW
  COVERED ROADS TODAY AND TONIGHT. ANY RESIDUAL MOISTURE OR SLUSH
  ON ROADS WILL RAPIDLY FREEZE OVERNIGHT.
