Scraff
Full-blown mod-hvy (subjective?) snow for past 20 mins or so. Definite grass-whitening in progress. Temp down from high of 35.5 to 33.8 at 4:30pm. I concur on the mod/hvy. Looks awesome out there. Sunlight fading fast certainly helps...

That map is a cruel, cruel joke (but completely accurate). Me and the office-mates had a good laugh. OBS: Arlington (Ballston) big flakes coming down - no stickage. 36 degrees. EastCoast NPZ
very pleasantly surprised today. just got home from work and measured 2.0" on my patio table. Not nearly as much on the sidewalks and streets, but even then it was a stark contrast to my work only 6 miles south. Way overperformed from what I was expecting out here. Only very light snow now, but had some pretty good rates earlier. This is very wet snow also, not even 10:1 I'm sure, so it seems there was more moisture out here than modeleled by most.
