DCA Weather Posted January 2, 2014 Share Posted January 2, 2014 Still 34 degrees in Ashburn. Snowing steadily, but not heavily. Large flakes. Grass and car tops covered. I am watching the weather here, but I am also watrching the weather in NYC. I have an 11am train tomorrow morning from DC to NYC.
