Feb 2013: Think many people on LI will remember that one. Some of nicest snowfall totals ive seen. Reports of over 30" out east was incredible and the LIE looking like a post-apocalyptic scene after the storm. For me its still december 25, 2004 i believe. Where after the changeover from rain to snow we were forecasted to get 1-3 and instead ended up with 7 hours of wind driven heavy snow w/ thundersnow and got 14".
