I believe the forecast low for HBG was 14F. It was definitely in the teens. Because I was already below the forecast low as early as 8pm last night. I don't know about out your way, but at 29 degrees at present, I believe we may be above 32 when the rain does come. That doesn't mean it won't freeze on top of the snowpack or the colder exposed pavement, but the big threat (if there was one) seems to be pretty much gone here.
