It had that streak of non-accumulation running up the edge of the Plateau, in reality it was around 10-15 miles East. Anderson County down towards Chattanooga was where it landed. Ironically, my Davis Vantage Pro 2's battery died on me just before the front came through. I am guessing the house thermometer was off by a few degrees (too cold), but its still extremely cold for TN.
