Maybe so I see school delays and closings already coming in. Winds should help out a lot though. 10-20mph is all it takes and many areas will be seeing 40-60...and probably 70+ above 3,500ft. So...I got gas for the generator, and pvc fittings. To take care of the ice, and potential bust on the low temps coming up, lol. I have at least two periods of precip with temps under 30 coming up, in this 10 day dry spell that has already given me 3 events. Guess I best get plastic on the windows tomorrow, or Sat. Might actually get cold during this "torch" winter's over in Dec. Jan. lol. I love how the actual weather defies predictions. calculus1 Posted January 3, 2014 Share Posted January 3, 2014 Hi temp of 39.2 F IMBY was 8 degrees cooler than forecasted. The rain got in early, stayed all day, and kept the temps down.
