Kmlwx
At least we don't have a separate thread for every model suite.... Oh my I remember those days back on EUSWX - a new thread for every suite and all regions combined no less.
gymengineer
Oh my I remember those days back on EUSWX - a new thread for every suite and all regions combined no less. The NYC subforum is continuing that practice of a new thread per model suite.

I-83 BLIZZARD
32.3 here, fog and light drizzle. Snow pack has held and is still powdery below the glaze. Around a solid 5 inch pack here. Doubt we lose much before the arctic crash. Not too much icing here as we held just above 32 to the high of 34 just after lunch, and hovered a hair above 32 most of the day. At least it was just warm enough to avoid icing here.

snowfan
I thought snow pack would sorta survive but might be down to piles by morning Especially in and around dc. My forecast is still calling for a 10+ degree spike tonight. If so, my snow will be gone aside from the wooded areas.

WinterWxLuvr
There is very warm air all over the place to our south and west. Loss of sun will cool it some but we better hope our low level cold is super dense.
Ian
The high dewpoint snow-eater always feared in NE.... Yeah, it's no match for mid-30s dews. The bottom layer is holding a bit longer than the top but outside the east/north facing spots less than 50% cover and soon much less. Oh well, the dog is happier. He doesn't seem to like snow for some reason. And I saw some deer across the street.

Ian
It's getting foggy. Winds are supposed to increase or I'd think we might get a dense fog advisory. May still be a window but it's small.
