Gilbertfly
5.5 at 8:30 Man is it so bright outside right now...I can see dark clouds to my immediate north.... Not really much of a change in snow totals...I'm sure another few tenths have fallen since my last measurement, but either a little compaction or the wind is giving me problems... 5.5 at 11:
stormtrackertf
WOW...just checked the latest RAP...goes to 21z (3pm) and its STILL snowing here We could easily make a run at 10" if that verified.
AppsRunner
Toledo had 6.8" of snow today on .39" of precip today. Storm total so far there is 7.6" and it won't stop snowing until tomorrow afternoon. Could end up being one of the biggest storms in TOL history. Chicago Storm
The HRRR has been consistent in steadily increasing LES for the IL and WI shore as time goes on towards 12z. Things really ramp up around and after 12z, with LES bands pushing as far inland as I-39 and I-74. Looks like there would be about a 6hr(+?) window around here and ORD for legit snows. Brewers
Nothing more than light snow under these lake effect bands. Inversion heights are still too low but we should see them increasing by 10z and hopefully an uptick in intensity.
