buckeye
Reality check by the euro? I'm actually relieved to see that map. Decent hit here and considering the euro doesn't have the resolution for some lake effect events, still open game for some respectable amounts near the lakes. Seems reasonable. If some of those other totals being spit out come true this might be the biggest snowfall ever delivered by a 1020mb+ surface low. Guess this one is all about ratios and duration. Gilbertfly
I'm going to bust. DDs looking likely If the southern system didn't come further north you could have been pretty spot on (barring any random LE lollipop overhead)
michigansnowstorm
IMO I think DTX should have included Oakland/Macomb.. There's always that possibility that the snow ends up going further north and than they issue the WWA for additional counties
Gilbertfly
Yep. Immediate accumulation yeah....super light snow...but with temps barely above 10 it accumulates nice
Ajdos
There's always that possibility that the snow ends up going further north and than they issue the WWA for additional counties Yup. Sometimes I feel like we do better without a warning/advisory, and right before the storm ends they issue a headline.

Hoosier
Yeah pretty big differences now between the 18z and 12z NAM for 15z tomorrow. Impressive area of snow in NE into IA coming east. Certainly looks stronger and more well-developed. This run might take the cake out of all the wet runs so far.
Chitown Storm
if snow keeps falling tonight like it is right now, there's going to be some serious travel issues for NYE. Disasterous really.
