I'm using radar scope on iPhone Only station in the area reporting precipitation (freezing drizzle) is Newark, though I can confirm very light freezing drizzle in Jersey City as well. The coldest snow that I can remember here was a squall when it was 6 degrees back in January 1994. Some of the best powder that I ever saw.
