Those must be the members hanging back the inverted trough snow through the entire overnight and early morning. That will really determine whether we can bust on the high side. jm1220 Posted January 3, 2014 Share Posted January 3, 2014 Newest HRRR I can see (23z) has snow persisting especially from the city on east until around 7am. 0.5" or more liquid equivalent from Philly north/east, although you notice a cut-back once you get far enough into the Hudson Valley and CT.
