If you are in DC and like snow you have to love living in the past and rehashing old memories and stats. Or projecting your hopes and dreams into the future. Being a snow enthusiast in DC probably has one of the lowest "in the moment" net payoffs of any hobby or pastime imaginable, in terms of time experienced with the subject of the hobby.
