It stayed colder than expected much of the day but the warm air moved in sooner as well. We'll see if temps keep climbing through the 50s or hold where they are. I didn't even know until I noticed it got really dark really quick like in your typical summer time squall. One of the weirdest weeks of weather that I could remember! I went from 38 to 49 in a matter of minutes around 230 this morning and it just kept going up to 56..after the squall I dropped 7 degrees. Giving the thermometers a work out for sure Rutgers went from 9 degrees at 3 am yesterday morning to 55 degrees at 3 am this morning...that's a 46 degree temperature rise.
