With an airmass like this it would be a slap to get ripped off at midnight from beating 96. I think dca can do it. I'm down to 16.6 and dropping. Very uniform W of the city even in more urban areas. The 3 Weatherbug stations closest to my house are in the 14-16 range (two are showing like 13.7). Brrrrr - wind is pretty loud out there at this time.
