Its throwing you some love now after being dry yesterday. Pretty much like you were expecting.

Yeah and also as expected the NCEP guidance backed off...they met in the middle around 0.2-0.4" type range...which is what I've been forecasting at the ski area, 2-4" of denser snow. TBH, (not that anyone cares, more thinking aloud) I see this as like a 2" wet snow at 750ft in town, 3" at 1500ft office, and 4" upper mountain where temps are in the upper 20s.

I just ran these from the 12z gfs.  I can only get 6 hour increments instead of the 3 hour ones I can get from the NAM.  But somewhere between 30 and 36, I may change to snow.  If there's anything still coming down.

Anyone have a sense of how the EC is treating NW Mass?  Since it's only 12 of us reading the thread, I think the mby posts are permissible.

LOL--the silence is horrible for me.  At least you guys know you're getting snow.  I need the anlaysis, man (I'm sounding like Cheech Marin as I type that).

Didn't you see the poll?  NH/VT and Interior Maine rule this board.  :)

Really? I thought we were inbreed hicks up here

Probably a couple of inches at the end?

You all saw what the Euro did with dynamic cooling, interesting

Thanks--I think the NAM may be more generous based on my earlier post.  But, it all depends on such a narrow window that I can score or skunk.  And, i won't know for sure until I come home on Tuesday.  Maybe Chris will be able to give a report.

Any one have a good mountain forecast resource? The only one I know of greatly exaggerated potential snowfall. On my phone so I can't post the link but they usually hype it up by 50 percent of more reliable forecasts. This storm could be a mt. Washington valley special.

BTV and GYX are  good, 5-10

The innuendo must stop, j/k, Its going to snow at his house and he ends up with a positive gain but he will not believe you until BOX puts it on his P&C

Come on, Steve.....I'm actually trying to analyze and see that I am really on the fence.  The waft of wind if they leave the lifts on at the Beast may have me score a coup, but if someone farts in Greenfield, I might get screwed.

You are really borderline though. It just might come down to dynamics. Never good to rely on, but it does make things happen.

Tongue in cheek?  Exactly one vote for interior Maine, out of 112 cast, though I'm surprised Jeff checked coastal.  LEW is on the coastal plain but I think of it as being interior.
