jamesnichols1989
Bands are strengthening over the Bay and are actually favoring the mid Cape with some accumulations possible. Its doing the opposite of what the NWS Taunton WFO said.

jamesnichols1989
Man what a nice 18hrs over the Cape. It's been flurrying or snow showering for that amount of time, with the band now becoming singular and concentrating on areas to my west over the mid Cape region. HYA is getting some good snow showers while I'm in an area of subsidence with light flurry activity.

Clinch Leatherwood
Scooter now owes James his degree and a weekend on the town. He's had snow for a dozen hours....so much for wish casting. Trying to back in here too but getting mauled

If this was Tolland power would already be out. This is actually pretty decent snow moving through. I'm really surprised and it's backing into Plymouth county too

I could see one of those deals where the OES backs up NW and then just fizzles out.

jamesnichols1989
Yeah I have been following the NAM hires model showing the OES light and snow showery, it hasn't been heavy like I thought it would be, 18z GFS is catching onto the southern moisture. We didn't really see much accumulate, so in my book its a dusting of a White Christmas, but I need to be grateful, at least I got snow on Christmas, its quite rare to get snow on Christmas here, Boxing Day is more popular. Clinch Leatherwood
smart? Lol it's an annual tradition they're here for a week visiting so we go skiing. Scooter will learn after another bunch of years Icy as a bastage up here. Driveways are hockey rinks. I'm hearing the skiing is "fast" will find out first thing. Clinch Leatherwood
some freshies coming too. Hovered between 0 and 3 degrees. No licking railings in this weather. Ski early and then beers. Have a hunch it'll be like skiing down a luge run by
