ChescoWx Posted December 23, 2013 Share Posted December 23, 2013 No perfect ob site fits the bill but the combo Coatesville and East Nantmeal at the same elevation data for over 30 years....and then another 90 years 200 to 300 feet lower all within a 9 mile radius....while not to NWS standards is the best we have..... 1) You can make the same argument about East Nantmeal, though a lot more people live in Phoenixville than East Nantmeal. 2) Its still "Chester County", so its still "the record for the county". If you are talking a state record, then its the record for "the state", not just a representative part of it.
