You guys had the big coastal storm at the end of January 2008 amid a sh*tty pattern there too. I literally shed tears...I am man enough to admit it. I suffered for years with sh*tty winters and thought this was the one storm for me. What a kick in the nads. It has me interested. Unfortunately the OP run is one of the best depictions of the bunch. And the inter and intra model differences signal lots of run to run changes ahead. But the amplitude and position of the trof give this threat some potential. I was a little bummed about a lengthy period of untrackable weather. That has changed.
