Traders love him. It doesn't matter if he's over the top, if the cold is substantial...he wins...that's all traders will remember....that's how he works and gets success.

May actually be worse than the Great Depression when the numbers are run.  We really need to prepare now.  Stash food, fill the tubs with water, chop down every tree in your yard in case you need emergency wood, get a generator and a backup generator, fill your trunk with gasoline,  stock up on good whiskey, have PTSD meds on hand to deal with the barrage of in car thermometer postings on facebook, in the event of power outages be sure to have old school printed porn on hand like Hustler from the 1980s....these are scary times coming up.

I'm sorry, 6" in Green Bay is not a major winter bomb.

Would you appreciate my forecasts if I were to hype and excite people?

loaded question. OK JB apparently didn't directly call for hundreds of deaths but rather said Govt agencies need to be prepared to shelter to prevent hundreds of deaths. I understand his passion and his fervor, his company has owned most on this winter. I do know that probably almost every Met subscribes for Ryan Maues maps. That man is a genius.

On the non weenie pay site it shows 1 or less. Still shows something though it's north of you. Still time to change and it could blow up.

on the non weenie free site it shows a 1-2 clipper, let's not argue over tenths of an inch. Sv maps are questionable at times too.

Last year BOS only had 3.8" of snow so far to this date

Scooter was on the edge of the Tobin, the last day of this month we had a 60 degree day, he was in the tub, good thing Alison was home to pull the plug, we almost lost him that day, eight days later....

Not to quibble but Green Bay is not a particularly snowy city.

They received 7.5 inches of snow yesterday and climo to date is only 24.5. Normal for the season 51.4. Not much more than Boston.

I wonder if we'll ever read about forecasters being tied into traders in helping to manipulate markets?

first boy that calls for his Momma poll going up next week, Messenger would be near my top five, probably give the nod to Brian90210 though.

I'm not homeless, and I'm not a pus&y so I'll be fine.    Times like these are why Al Gore invented goretex and hand warmers.

The grid won't crash, transportation may slow but won't stop, pipes may burst but will be repaired.  The biggest issue is the homeless and elderly but that is true every day, 365 days a year and for the most part nobody cares.  It suddenly becomes a hot button topic when it's really hot or cold because the media needs something to show the lemmings while they're watching their sitcom or NCIS Mt Tolland.

The only people with a right to complain are the OBGYNs that'll have tennis elbow from all the deliveries in about 9.5 months.  Excess cuddling to stay warm has some serious repercussions.

He lost power and had busting pipes during PV 1. He was 'shaken' after that happened.
