I've noticed that sometimes the GFS runs a little high but even the NAM has a max of 90 kts on Sunday morning. Not something you see very often at all, in this region anyway. That's where topography plays a role. Are you talking about the Oak Ridges? As I explained, if you're interested in seeing ice, elevation is not a good thing.
